Moving more is a big part of the Self-Care Spark program. We'll be going over the many benefits of a daily Walk. Are you new to Walk at Home/Walk 15? Here's a Walk led by program creator, Leslie Sansone that teaches you all about the basic steps!

LIVE "Game Plan" videos every Sunday morning at 8am EST
Every Sunday, you'll receive a Live video and email (sign up for emails here) that outlines the game plan for the week ahead. And then throughout the week, I'll guide you with education and action that you can take to strengthen that particular area of your life:
WEEK ONE: STRESS RELIEF
WEEK TWO: FITNESS
WEEK THREE: POSITIVE THINKING/FAITH
WEEK FOUR: BETTER QUALITY SLEEP/MORE ENERGY
Each week's topic will include Live chats from me in our Facebook Community group...you'll get worksheets from time to time, motivation, inspiration...and...a free Walking Workout each day from our friends at Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home and
We'll be going at improving our health and wellness with a 3-pronged approach:
Skillset: Do you have the knowledge you need? The program will teach you about the pillars of wellness you need to be paying attention to so that you can create your happiest, healthiest life!
Mindset: How's your attitude? It doesn't matter how much you know unless you're feeling ready to put your knowledge into action and get results.
Toolset: Do you have the tools you need for success? We don't have to create everything from scratch...there are easy-to-use, natural solutions that we can tap into. This program itself is a tool, and it will teach you about other things you can add to your Personal Self-Care Strategy Tool Box that will make the journey even easier!

Be honest with your answers, and let go of any emotion---you need to know where you are and where you want to go before you can figure out the best way to get there.
