Fitness Walking! We'll do a Walk from the Walk at Home library---you'll get a link to a free video that you will do each day! If you'd like more, you can purchase the popular Your Daily Walk app. A Walk Booster you might like to have, too, is a Fitness Band.
Essential Oils! My caregiving experiences prompted me to look for natural solutions to support the body and brain. why are you doing this for free?
Because I'm pretty fired up about helping people take better control of their health! As a caregiver I really have seen too much... I've felt the negative fallout from a lack of self-care myself...and...I've learned that it doesn't have to be that way. I'm passionate about sharing that, and about creating a positive, strong community so this message can spread!
how hard is this going to be?
That will depend a lot on you... how much do you want to change?...How ready are you to make some healthy changes in your life? You will be given strategies and support...and the energy of the group is fantastic! It's a fun space where everyone is cheering each other on!
what can i expect about how this program will run?
During the pre-launch phase, we're going over mindset and other tips for how to set yourself up for success. On Sundays, you'll get the plan for the week ahead. Each week will focus on a different topic, and each day in that week will highlight some aspect of that topic. You'll get a Walk at Home video link for each day, too! There will be live videos, polls, and free downloads for you in the Facebook community group.
