Sometimes, just the thought of planning, shopping for, cooking, and cleaning up after a meal can make us tired. Take a few minutes to create a mealtime strategy, so that you're not caught off guard when dinner time rolls around. Sunday is a good day for taking a look at the week ahead to plan meals and create shopping lists. Having the ingredients in house, and an idea of what to prepare makes things much easier.

What do I need?
Per wrap:
1 slice turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
Nonstick cooking spray
2 tablespoons green pepper, diced
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 cup Egg Beaters or 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons chopped tomato
1 8-inch whole wheat tortilla
Optional: To spice it up: hot pepper flakes, crushed red pepper, or a couple of dashes hot pepper sauce. Add some healthy fat with avocado or guacamole.
How do I make it?
1. Spray a medium nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium heat; adding green pepper, and cumin. Stir and cook 'til tender.
2. Add egg and let cook (don't stir) until mixture begins to set. Lift with spatula so that uncooked mixture runs to the bottom and cooks. Continue cooking until cooked through, but moist.
3. Add and stir in tomato, bacon, and any hot spice if desired.
4. Spoon onto warmed tortilla and roll up.
